Features of high frequency screen:
High efficiency, small amplitude and high frequency of screening. it differs from the conventional screens with breaking of the surface tension of slurry which makes ore of small granularity vibrate on sieve cover in high speed and accelerates the separating of large-density useful mines and increase the contacting probability of the materials smaller than output granularity and the sieve pore. The materials small than the output granularity, especially the big-density materials and pulp can therefore get through the sieve pore together. The sieving medium is made of stainless steel. The high-frequency screen is necessary for grainy
iron ore. The obliquity of the sieving medium is adjustable according to the concrete situation. If the obliquity is close to 55º, the fineness will be 300, occupying 75 percent
